William Sylvia

In Taunton, William Sylvia, age 57, passed away on November 25, 2024 at Morton Hospital. William was born in Taunton, the son of John Sylvia and Elizabeth (Magee) Sylvia. William had resided in Taunton his entire life. He attended Taunton schools and was a graduate of Taunton High School, class of 1985. He worked several jobs locally, including bartending. William was a former Boy Scout, he attended St. Paul’s Church, enjoyed attending yard sales, estate sales and flea markets with his Mom. He also enjoyed watching his favorite show The Sopranos, and spending time with his family. William is survived by his siblings; Marianne Reynolds, John R. Sylvia Jr. and his wife Jacqueline and Michael D. Sylvia and his wife Paula, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home in Taunton. Services are private at the request of the family.
