Sarah Cleaves

In Augusta, Maine, Sarah Jean Cleaves, age 45, passed away following a lengthy illness on October 17, 2023 at Maine General Medical Center. She was born in Taunton, the daughter of Debbie and Peter Cleaves of Taunton. She had resided in Taunton most of her life, and recently in Maine. Sarah attended schools in Taunton. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling, dragonflies, loved being outside in nature, helping people in need, watching the cows on the farm in Maine, and spending time with family. Sarah leaves her beloved sons; Trent Silvia of Dighton and Noah Cleaves of New Sharon, Maine. She also leaves her sisters, Michelle Leite of Maine and Jennifer Cleaves of Taunton, and her good friend and care giver Robert Smith of New Sharon, Maine. Funeral home visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Saturday, October 19th from 1-3 pm. with a service being held at 3 pm.
