In Brockton, August 3, 2006 Richard P. Tanes died after a brief illness at age 66. Residence High St. in Bridgewater formerly of Taunton. Father of Paul Tanes & his wife Patricia of Middleboro, Jon Tanes of North Carolina. Former husband of Beatrice (Smyrnakis) Tanes of Seminole, Fla. Grandfather of Paige, Olivia & Sophia Tanes of Middleboro. Brother of the late Diane Tanes, also survived by several neices and nephews. Funeral service from the O'Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton on Monday, August 7th a 11 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Sunday from 4-7pm.
