In Korea, Cpl Norman Levesque, age 18, passed away during the Korean War on December 5, 1950. Norman was born in Taunton, the son of the late Armand and Clara Levesque. Norman was a lifetime resident of Taunton. He served his country faithfully in the U.S. Army with courage and made the ultimate sacrifice during combat. Please feel free to welcome him home on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. He will be arriving at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 at approximately 4:15 pm. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 12 pm. A funeral procession will be leaving the funeral home around 11:30 am. Those going directly to St. Joseph’s Cemetery can wait outside the cemetery and follow the procession in. Norman will be laid to rest with full military honors alongside his beloved parents where he will be reunited with them in eternal peace.
