Mark R Henshaw Jr.

Mark R. Henshaw Jr., age 35, of Raynham, MA, passed away suddenly after a long, courageous battle with mental illness. Mark was born on January 24, 1990 in Stoughton, MA. He was the son of Mark Sr. and Terri Henshaw of Raynham. He graduated from Bristol Plymouth Regional Technical School in 2008 and went on to earn a diploma in Diesel Technology from Baran Institute of Technology in 2009. In addition to his mother and father, Mark is survived by his son, Mark R. Henshaw III, his loving sisters, Danielle Henshaw and Erica Burton; his brother-in-law Tony Burton, nieces Addison and Ruby Burton; his grandparents, Eleanor and Kenneth Condon; his aunts and uncles, Cheryl and Randall Lucier, Kenneth and Rebecca Condon, Roxann and Robert Mazzoleni, Todd and Lynda Henshaw, dog uncle of Charlotte, many cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his dear grandparents, Raymond Henshaw, Patricia and Lawrence Yablonsky. Mark was a proud father of Mark III. He is remembered as a loyal family member and friend with unwavering devotion to those he loved. He was hard working, and an incredibly talented welder and mechanic. He was able to drive, fix, and fabricate anything. He enjoyed racing at Seekonk Speedway with his dad for many years. He leaves behind a legacy of strength, loyalty, and quiet love—the kind that doesn’t ask for recognition but is felt long after he’s gone. We will miss him more than words can say. Funeral home visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Saturday, August 16th from 12-2 pm. to which relatives and friends are invited.
