Marjorie DeChristopher Obituary

In Raynham, Marjorie B. DeChristopher, age 81, passed away at the Life Care Center of Raynham on August 7, 2025 following a lengthy period of declining health. Marjorie was the wife of the late Joseph DeChristopher of Taunton. She was born in Portsmouth, NH, the daughter of the late Walter Blue and Margaret (Connors) Blue. Marjorie was educated in Boston schools and a graduate of Hyde Park High School. She enjoyed country music, watching game shows, loved a good lobster meal, her dog “Buddy”, and above all cherished her time with family, especially her beloved grandchildren. Marjorie is survived by her loving children; Joseph DeChristopher III and his wife Siobhan of Plymouth, Michelle England and her husband Maurice of Berkley, and Stacey DeChristopher of East Taunton. She also leaves her grandchildren; Meaghan, John, Cameron, Samuel and Kevin, and her four great grandchildren. Marjorie was the sister of the late Carole Ann Dembro and Patricia Balboni. Funeral home visitation will be held at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Tuesday, August 12th from 9:30-11 am. with a funeral home service at 11 am. Burial at Mayflower Hill Cemetery in Taunton.
