Louis A. Bousquet, age 80, of Raynham passed away peacefully on June 16, 2025 . He was the son of the late Louis and Lucille Bousquet. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Debi (Quinlan), his much adored daughter, Danielle Hylander and his cherished grandchildren, Brooke Hylander and Bradley Hylander. He is also survived by his sisters, Judith Kriemendahl, Joan Picariello, and Carol Park. He was predeceased by his brother Robert Bousquet. A lifelong resident of Raynham, he was a 1962 graduate of Monsignor James Coyle and graduated from Roger Williams College with a degree in business administration. He was extremely proud to have served four years in the United States Air Force. Retired from Verizon, after a 20 plus year career in marketing, he worked part time for the Town of Raynham as a health inspector. A real Raynham townie, he served over the years on the conservation commission, , north school committee, open space plan committee, the cemetery commission and the historical commission and could be found roaming the town hall chatting with old friends and introducing himself to new ones. He was an avid reader, owned several antique cars and could strike up a conversation with anyone. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ann’s Church in Raynham on Monday June 30th at 10 am. The family will be greeting friends and family from 9:30- 10 am prior to the mass.
Burial will be at the Pleasant Street Cemetery in Raynham
The family asks that flowers be omitted and that you please donate to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home in Taunton.
