Linda Stewart

In Taunton, Linda Stewart, age 54, passed away at Morton Hospital unexpectedly following a lengthy illness on June 17, 2024. Linda was the wife of her loving husband, Paul Stewart of East Taunton. She was born in Taunton, the daughter of the late Anna (Schiavo) MacDougall and Douglas MacDougall. Linda had been a resident of Taunton most of her life. She attended Taunton schools and was a graduate of Taunton High School, class of 1987. Linda was employed as a phlebotomist for Signature Healthcare. She enjoyed cooking, camping, keeping her home spotless, loved her animals, and was a loving and devoted home body that cherished her time with family, especially her beloved grandchildren. In addition to her husband Paul, Linda leaves her loving children; Amanda Greco and her loving partner David Bernard of Taunton, Aaron Shumway and his wife Maddison of Taunton, Alec Shumway and his husband James of Taunton, and her stepchildren; Erin Stewart of North Dartmouth, Nicole Stewart of Westport, and Jeffrey Stewart of North Dartmouth. She also leaves her grandchildren; Anthony, John, and Stephen Greco, Kennedy Shumway, and step grandchildren Gabriel and Lucian. Linda also leaves her sister Lisa Bonenfant and her husband Gary of Taunton and niece and nephew Haley Urann and Troy Bonenfant. Funeral home visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Tuesday, June 25th from 4-7 pm. Funeral services will be private at the request of the family.
