Born on January 17, 1951, in Boston, Massachusetts, Linda K. (Young) Grieco, she was the daughter of the late George and Anna (Schofield) Young.
Linda was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Grieco, with whom she shared twenty wonderful years of marriage.
She is survived by her three children: Shannon Joy Tully of Pepperell, Massachusetts; April Reposa and her wife Stephanie of West Warwick, Rhode Island; and Dennis Grieco and his wife Caroline of Winter Garden, Florida. She has also now been reunited with her cherished daughter, Samantha Joy, whom she deeply missed. Her legacy continues through her nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, each of whom filled her heart with pride and joy.
She was predeceased by her sister, Judy MacDonald, and is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Debra Croal and Sherry Young.
A devoted Christian, Linda was deeply grateful for God’s blessings throughout her life. Outspoken, vibrant, and full of life, she formed lasting friendships with ease. She loved to sing with her beautiful voice, laugh and play jokes, and give generously from the heart. Even in difficult times, she carried a joyful spirit. She especially treasured her time in Brazil, as well as moments spent with her grandchildren. Known for her impeccable style, Linda was a fashionista before it was fashionable, always pairing her outfits with her signature bright red lipstick!
At the family’s request, services will be held at a later date.
