In Raynham, John “Jack” Roche, age 89, passed away in his home peacefully on June 25, 2024, following a lengthy illness while surrounded by his loving family. Jack was the husband of the late Carolyn (Peters) Roche. He was born in Roxbury, the son of the late John Roche and Vera (Conrad) Roche. Jack was educated in Boston schools. He served his country while in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. Jack worked as an installer for IBEW #103, Electrical Workers Union. He was a member of the Raynham Lions Club, where he enjoyed seeing friends and having a beer, he also liked skiing, reading, animals, and his time with family. Jack is survived by his loving children; Lauren Narciso and her husband Carlos of Freetown, Leslie Aranda of Raynham, Christopher Roche and his wife Christine of N.C., and his late son John “Jay” Roche. He also leaves his 8 beloved grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Jack also leaves behind his longtime friend, Jimmy Cleckley. Funeral visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Saturday, June 29th from 10:30-11:30 am. A graveside service will follow at Pleasant St. Cemetery in Raynham at 12:30 pm.
