Joan M Dennen

In Attleboro, Joan M. Dennen, age 84, passed away peacefully at the Life Care Center on November 28, 2025. Joan was the wife of the late David J. Dennen of Taunton. She was born in Dighton, the daughter of the late George Cook and Stella (Paska) Cook. Joan was educated in Taunton schools and had resided there all her life before moving to Christopher Heights in Attleboro, MA. and later to Life Care Center.  Prior to her retirement Joan worked as a Vice President and CEO of a medical supply company. She was a talented artist who decorated her home with beautiful paintings. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in the little things in life and loved the company of loved ones. Joan is survived by her siblings: Lois Lemerise of Lady Lake, FL., William and Marcia Cook of North Attleboro, MA, and her late sibling Karen Korona and leaves several nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at the Bourne National Cemetery in Bourne, MA. Visiting hours are kindly omitted. Arrangements are under the direction of the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home in Taunton, MA. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the compassionate and dedicated staff at the Life Care Center in Attleboro. Their kindness and gentle care brought great comfort to their beloved Aunt during her time there. She truly felt at home in their care, and the family are deeply grateful for the love and support they provided every day.
