Irene M. Trucchi

In Taunton, Irene Trucchi, age 96, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2024 at Marian Manor Nursing Home. Irene was the wife of the late Edward M. Trucchi. She was born in Taunton, the daughter of the late Joseph Ziomek and Agnes (Machnik) Ziomek. Irene was a lifetime resident of Taunton and was educated in Taunton schools. Irene enjoyed watching the Red Sox, had many interest but mainly was a loving, caring and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished her family. Irene is survived by her loving children; Pauline McGuire and her late husband Thomas of Middleboro, Carolyn Burgess and husband Gerald of Wareham, Edward Trucchi and wife Susan of Dighton, Mary Ferreira and husband Michael of East Taunton, Ellen McGovern and husband James of Taunton, Pamela Trucchi and her partner Mike Dunn of Taunton. She also leaves her loving grandchildren; Elizabeth Lang, Erin Page, Thomas McGuire, Brian Burgess, Tina Berry, Jeffrey Trucchi, Hailey Condon, Matthew Ferreira, Meghan Seaward, Jason McGovern, Brooke Daniels, Lauren Behrens, Melanie Medeiros, Bailey Violette, Alysa Russo, Christopher Robinson, and the late Christopher Burgess, and her 26 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings; Julian Ziomek, Wanda Blanchard and Jessie LaFrance.
