Donna (Vickery) Ross

Donna M. Ross (nee Vickery), 91, passed away on July 18, 2024, in Taunton, MA. Born on August 24, 1932 in Scituate, MA, Donna graduated from Quincy Nursing School and dedicated her career to serving as a registered nurse in Hollywood, Florida & South Boston, MA, until her retirement. Donna was a Vibrant and adventurous spirit who loved to travel extensively with her husband, Alger. Known for being the life of the party, she embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm and truly lived life to the fullest. Her zest for life and infectious energy will be deeply missed by all who know her. Her father, Lawson, mother, Madeline, brothers, Charles and Edward, sisters, Cecelia and Belly, nephews, Sean and her husband, Alger, all preceded her in death. Donna is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews, all whom loved and adored her. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 24th at 10:45 AM at Bourne National Cemetery, Connery Avenue, Bourne, MA. Donna’s life and legacy will be cherished and remembered by her loved ones and the many lives she touched throughout her nursing career and travels.
