Daisy G Delano

In Somerset, Daisy G. Delano, age 74, passed away at Clifton Rehabilitation & Nursing on November 6, 2025 following a brief illness. Daisy was the daughter of the late Malcolm Delano and Jane (Rose) Delano. Daisy was a graduate of Taunton High School and later received her Master’s degree in Library and Information Sciences from Roger Williams College and University of Rhode Island. She was employed for the City of Taunton as a Librarian until her retirement. Daisy loved all animals, often donating to many charities to assist them with their care. She loved her cat “Gus”, was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her friends. A graveside service will be held at Mayflower Hill Cemetery in Taunton on Thursday, November 13th at 1 pm.
