Christine (Tedford) Darling

In Boston, Christine Darling, age 63, passed away unexpectedly on July 6, 2026 at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Christine was the wife of the late Wesley J. Darling. She was born in Taunton, the daughter of Sandra (Logan) Tedford of Carver and her late father Robert Bruce Tedford. Christine had resided in East Taunton. She was educated in Dighton schools. Christine worked in childcare and later on as an handywomen and a apprentice. She enjoyed watching the Patriots, going to the beach, camping, playing board games and cards, gardening and watching hummingbirds, loved animals, and above all cherished her time with friends and family. Christine leaves her beloved children; Erin Darling and Zachary Darling, both of East Taunton. She was the sister of the late Robert Paul Tedford. Christine will be missed by her close friend and cousin Missy as well as many other nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton Wednesday, August 5th from 6:30-8:30 PM with a service at 7:30 PM. A graveside service will be on Thursday at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Taunton at 11:30 AM.
