Carolyn (White) Seekell

Carolyn Seekell, 81, a lifelong resident of Taunton passed away on Wednesday September 4, 2024 after a period of failing health. She was surrounded by her loved ones and family pet Emma May. Carolyn was the wife of the late David G. Seekell. She leaves behind son David F. Seekell and his wife Josephine, daughter and devoted caregiver Jean Seekell and the late Christine Seekell. She also leaves behind grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Carolyn will always be known for her caring and giving ways, her thoughtfulness touched many. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home 70 Washington Street in Taunton on Thursday, September 12th from 5-7 PM. A graveside service will be held at the National Cemetery in Bourne on Friday at 1:45 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Taunton D.A.V., Chapter 57, 5-7 Taunton Green, Taunton, MA, 02780.
