Audrey Pride

In Weymouth, Audrey Pride, age 71, passed away unexpectedly at South Shore Hospital in December 6, 2025. Audrey was born in Southern Pines, N.C., the daughter of the late Eddie Pride and Dorothy (Stone) Pride. Audrey had been a Taunton resident since 1989 and was formerly of N.C. She attended schools in N.C. and later at N.H. College, Harvard University, and Newbury College where she received her bachelor’s degree. Audrey worked as a legal secretary in Boston. She enjoyed eating her favorite dessert cake, spending time in the sun, sewing and crocheting, watching television, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. Audrey is survived by her loving son Attila Pride of Taunton, her brother Gregory Stone, and late siblings Terrence Stone and Andrea Christine Stone Waddell. She also leaves several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Arrangements are under the care of the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home in Taunton.
