Anne Doherty

Anne Theresa (Dervan) Doherty formerly of West Roxbury and Taunton passed away peacefully on March 23, 2025. Anne will be remembered for her unwavering faith, grace, courage and love for her family. She inspired us all to find the joy in everyday moments. She was predeceased by her husband James Doherty and is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Tiffany and her husband Andrew, her son James Doherty and his wife Colleen, and her beloved grandchildren Catherine and James Tiffany and Patrick and Maura Doherty. She also leaves behind sisters Patricia Bernard, Jane Dever, Rita Meunier, and brother, Edward and his wife Patricia Dervan. Anne’s family thanks her caregivers in the Munroe Unit at CareOne Lexington for their years of kindness and comfort during Anne’s stay. A funeral Mass will take place on Friday, April 4, 2025 at St. Andrew the Apostle Church in Taunton at 11:00 am with a burial to follow at St Joseph’s Cemetery in Taunton.
