Andrea O'Brien

Andrea O’Brien, of Taunton, MA passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 after a long hospitalization which led to a sudden decline in her health. She was 68 years old. Andrea was born on September 27, 1955 to Eva and David Segal at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, MA. Andrea is survived by her two children, April Wade (Mirabile) and Stephen O’Brien, her sister, Judy Oliva (Segal) and her two grandsons, Dashiel and Rhys Benson. She was predeceased by her father, David Segal and her mother, Eva Segal. Andrea thoroughly enjoyed her job at Lowe’s in Brockton, MA where she assisted in the opening of the store when it was built. She worked there for over ten years and made several friends. Andrea considered herself a “tomboy” so this job was the perfect fit for her. Andrea had a wonderful sense of humor and cared deeply about her friends and family. When not working, she enjoyed walks with her neighbors, catching up on “her story”, and her Facetime visits with her grandchildren.
