In Boston, suddenly on January 24, 2025, Amanda Monteiro daughter of Bonnie (Mitchell) of Daytona Beach, FL and Manuel Monteiro of Fall River died at Boston Medical Center at the age of 40. Born in Fall River, Amanda was a graduate of Taunton High School. She enjoyed going to the beach especially in Florida, traveling, shopping, getting dressed up pretty like Barbie and reality TV. Amanda was the sister of Erica Rodriguez of Taunton, Michael Monteiro of FL, Tara Boulais of RI, Jonah Chattelle of RI and Josh Chattelle of RI. Granddaughter of Pedro Dejesus of FL. Aunt of Elijah Andrade-Rodriguez and Tiana Rodriguez of Taunton. Lifelong friend of Tonisha Williams of Fall River and her late loving dog Royal. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home 70 Washington Street in Taunton on Wednesday, January 29th from 5-7 Pm followed by a service at 7 PM. Interment will be private.
