Alan Charette

In Taunton, Alan Charette, age 63, passed away on November 25, 2024 at Morton Hospital following a brief illness while surrounded by his loving family. Alan was born in Taunton, the son of William Allen Charette and Judith (Joubert) Charette. Alan had resided all his life in Taunton. He attended Taunton schools and was a graduate of Bristol Plymouth Regional Technical School. Alan was formerly employed as a cook and also drove taxi in the City of Taunton. He enjoyed playing cards and games, watching football and was an avid Boston sports fan, playing sports in his younger years, singing in the choir and spending time with his family. Alan is survived by his daughter Aimee Charette and son Dillon Correia both of Taunton. He also leaves his grandchildren Calvin Correia, Haleigh Charette and Jalyssiah Smalls, and his siblings; Donna Charette, Errol Charette and his wife Cindy and Michael Charette and wife Heidi all of Taunton. Uncle of several nieces and nephews. Alan also leaves his loving friend Hope Correia of Taunton. Funeral home visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Sunday, December 22nd from 1-3 pm. with a funeral home service at 2:30 pm.
